Kramár studied directing and dramaturgy at DAMU in Prague, then Theatre Practices at ArtEZ University of the Arts in Arnhem, and is currently a doctoral student in dramatic arts at JAMU in Brno. He has published three poetry collections: Štuchanie do medúz (Spolek přátel Psího Vína, 2017),Úchopový Inštinkt (BRAK, 2021), and BORDERLINE (with Kino Peklo, Adolescent, 2022). He is currently preparing a new poetry collection to be released in 2025 by the Czech publishing house Adolescent. His work has been published in the magazines Dotyky,Psí víno,Tvar, in the Polish magazine Arterie (translated by Zofia Bałdyga), in the literary supplement of the Pravda newspaper, on several literary websites, and in the radio show Nedeľná chvíľka poézie FM. He has performed his texts at festivals such as Colours of Ostrava, MAČ, Povaleč, and Kvílení. He has published scholarly, popular, and critical texts in magazines VLNA,QYS,ұDzDZá, the revue Prostor,iDivadelní noviny, and Taneční Zóna. He has long collaborated with Radio Devín on creating programs in the field of culture and art. Since 2024, he has been one of the two editors-in-chief (with Terézia Klasová) of the digital curatorial platform for contemporary poetry Psí víno, where he primarily focuses on translating Anglo-American queer poetry and editorial work.
