On February 12th, the ten books that make up the finalists' list for the Anasoft Litera Award 2020 were announced. One of these titles will be the winner of the 15th edition of the prestigious literary prize.

Peter Balkoand his second novel Ostrov(The Island, KK Bagala). Balko was nominated for the Anasoft Litera Awardwith his debutVtedy v Lošonci (KK Bagala, 2014) in 2015, when he received the Readers Award.
Jana Bodnárová, a prolific author of poetry, prose, drama and children's books is nominated with her bookž(Skin,Aspekt).
Etela Farkašová became anAnasoft Litera laureate two years ago with her booká (Screenplay). She is nominated with hermost recent proseHodiny lietania (Flight Lessons,Vydavateľstvo Spolku slovenských spisovateľov).
Katarína Kucbelováand her bookČ辱(The Bonnet,Slovart). The authorhas been well known as a poet so far( poetry collectionsVie, čo urobí, Malé veľké mesto, ٳá čŠport). This is her first prosaic book.
SilvesterLavrík and his novelPosledná barónka(The Last Baroness,Dixit).His books have appeared on the award's top10 listsin 2007,2012, and 2017.
ZuzanaMojžišovaԻModus vivendi (Artforum). Her bookBon voyagehas been nominated for the award in 2011.
Michaela Rosová and hernovellaTvoja izba(self-published). The author was nominated for theAnasoft Litera award in 2011 with her book Dandy(KK Bagala).
Alena Sabuchováand her bookŠٳܳ(Artforum). The author's debutZadné izby (Amma) won theIvana Krasko Prizeand also theNadáciaTatra banky Prize.
The books ofVíťoStaviarskyhave been in the final top10 in 2008, 2009,2013 and 2016. The novelKale topanky(Kale Shoes,Marenčn PT)won the award. This year, he is nominated with his most recent workšڳ.
Peter Šulej and his novelٴDZ貹DzԳٴDZó(Marenčn PT).Šulej has featured in the top10 in2016 with his bookSpolu (Together, Marenčn PT).
