The deadline for the upcoming TROJICA AIR residencies as well as for the short-term residencies in the cultural center Eleuzína is 11 April 2021.
The residential programs organized by LIC and its partners are running with small changes because the pandemic situation introduces certain limitations intravel, aspecially in the case of translators coming from foreign countries. On our website, you can find the transcript of the video recordedbyѾłDz²ói, our first TROJICA AIR resident this year or the ǴԻ whohas been translating the novel Glass Garden by the Moldavian author Tatiana Tibuleac at her short-term residency in KC Eleuzína inԲáŠپԾ.
LIC, the town of Banská Štiavnica and o.z. Literatúra offer another 11 1-month residencies in 2021 for translators of literature into foreign languages Trojica AIR artist in residence. This project was financially supported by the LITA Fund and FPU. The translator will have at disposal a one-bedroom apartment and study in the center of Banská Štiavnica on Trojičné square (entry from Radničné square) and a monthly stipend of 1.000 Euro. Half of the stipend will be transferred to the resident's accountas s/he begins the residency and the other half when the residency is finished. LIC does not pay for the resident's travel or additional expenses.
