KC Eleuzína andLiterárneinformačnécentrum / The Literary Centerare the creators and organizers of the residency. Out of a total of twenty applications, the residents were chosen by the following committee members: Barbora Németh, Dagmar Zúbková, Katarína Balcarová Kucbelová, Petra Mikulášová and Peter Michalík.
The committee wanted to grant equal opportunities fortranslators and writers. Furthermore, its members judged the applications based on their artistic value and likelihood of realization of the presented work. They also wanted to maintain a generationaldiversity and a diversity in terms of genre, and to give space to the new generation. The committeconsidered the applicants'chosen dates as well, and whether the candidates have been residents of either the TROJICA AIR or the KC Eleuzínaresidency program before.
