IBBY is an international organizationthat represents and supports books for children around the world.The IBBY Honour List is a biennalselection of outstanding books honoring the work of writers, illustrators and translators fromIBBY membercountries.
The selected titles should represent the best children's books from each membership country and their presence on the list increases their odds to be published in translation. In 2018, the books on the list were represented byDanielPastirčák'sRozprávka o lietajúcej Alžbetke.
