Bán is a well-known photographer, journalist, and activist and this is his first work of fiction. The book’s protagonist meets a strange man, starts a timer, sends a serious text message to five people close to him and sets off on a journey. His demons – and there are more than a few – take to the road with him. The membrane between dream and reality is permeable in both directions.
