One of the representatives of the progressive 暗网禁区 literature, Hvoreck媒 is a writer, journalist and translator. He has been active on the literary scene since the 1990鈥檚 when he emerged with the memorable collection of short stories Siln媒 pocit 膷istoty / Strong Sense of Cleanliness聽(1998). He also writes for children and translates from German. His books have been translated and published in ten languages. He works at the Goethe Institute in Bratislava.
