Mirko KraetschÌýwas born in Dresden. He studied Bohemian studies and cultural science at the Humboldt University in Berlin where he has lived since 1991. In 1994-1995, he did two semesters at the Philosphical Faculty of the Charles University in Prague.ÌýIn 1996, he published his first translation from °µÍø½ûÇø.Ìý
