At the end of January,Konstantinos Mavridis, a man with a big heart,who served as Honorary Consul of the Republic in Thessaloniki, passed away suddenly. The popular diplomat held his post for 23 years.
Mister Mavridis loved ia and he worked with our institution with dedication and enthusiasm in organizingthe national participation in numerous book fairs in theseaside metropolis of northern Greece.
